George Dorsey

George Dorsey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Edgewood Holdings LLC commencing with his founding the activity in 2001. Prior to the formation of Edgewood, Mr. Dorsey served in management roles at Merrill Lynch, Pechiney Ugine Kuhlmann, Associated Metals and Minerals, Aquila Energy, Duke Energy, and other firms active worldwide in chemicals, energy, minerals, and metals.

Mr. Dorsey serves currently on the Board of Directors of Traxys SARL, Chiron Partners LLC, Westwater LLC, and KR Terminals.

Mr. Dorsey received a BA degree with Honors from the University of Vermont, thereafter he studied China in the Asian Studies Masters program at the University of Kansas, and has participated in Harvard Business School executive courses.

Mr. Dorsey is the owner of Edgewater Gallery (www.edgewatergallery-vt.com) in Middlebury, VT and is active in community affairs.

Chris Berg

Chris Berg is a Vice President of Edgewood and serves in all aspects of Edgewood’s activities including transaction sourcing, evaluation and execution as well as assisting with of the firm’s portfolio management activities. Prior to joining Edgewood, Mr. Berg was a Vice President in the Natural Resources group at J.P. Morgan, where he advised Chemical and Industrial clients on M&A and debt and equity financing transactions. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, he worked for 7 years at Agrifos Fertilizer Inc., a privately-held phosphate fertilizer producer, where he led the company's M&A activities including several acquisition and divestiture efforts and international project development.

Mr. Berg holds an MBA with distinction from the NYU–Stern School of Business and Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College.

Matt LaFiandra

Matt LaFiandra is a Vice President Edgewood Holdings and provides project management, engineering, and construction expertise to the development projects in Edgewood's investment portfolio and as part of Edgewood's consulting services. Prior to joining Edgewood Mr. LaFiandra was a Project Manager for Pulte Homes, Inc., one of the 2 largest homebuilders in the United States. While at Pulte, he was responsible for the site management of numerous housing development projects valued from $20-70 million.

Mr. LaFiandra holds a B.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of California - San Diego. He holds a Masters in Engineering Management from Duke University, where he was a Parsons Commercial Technology Group Fellow.

Mark Sanor

Mark Sanor is the founder & Managing Director of Chiron Partners LLC, a merchant banking firm with offices in New York and Russia. A graduate from the University of Michigan School of Law, Mark practiced law at Hahn Loeser & Parks focusing on M&A and securities, real estate, corporate litigation, and international transactions. In 1996, Mr. Sanor joined the Corporate Finance department of Price Waterhouse in Moscow. In mid–1998, he joined Arthur Andersen as a Director to build its Corporate Finance service line, and was later promoted to Partner. After Andersen merged with Ernst & Young in 2002, Mr. Sanor was again promoted to become Head of M&A for the CIS, leading a team of over 25 professionals. In 2005, he founded Chiron.

Mr. Sanor is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Denison University.

Clay Landry

Clay Landry is the founder & Managing Director of WestWater Research, which he started in 2001. During his tenure, Mr. Landry has advised on over $750 million in water transactions and has acted as an advisor to numerous private equity funds. In 2007, he managed an auction of municipal effluent water rights which closed at $67 million in proceeds for a small city in Arizona. Regularly works with private equity firms and hedge funds in structuring deals and sourcing funds for water development and acquisition projects. Prior to founding WWR, he was an associate at the Political Economy Research Center (PERC), a public policy research institute that specializes in market approaches to natural resource management.

Mr. Landry holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, University of Wyoming and a Master of Science in Agricultural and Resource Economics from Oregon State University.

Todd Nalven

Todd Nalven is a Director leading the Russian office of Chiron Partners LLC, a merchant banking firm with offices in New York and Russia. Mr. Nalven began his career in New York with J.P. Morgan and then the US subsidiary of Metallgesellschaft AG, trading and structuring complex transactions in discounted debt. He has been operating in Moscow since 1995 holding COO positions with The Technology Development Company Tablogix where he oversaw a successful turnaround before raising second–round capital from new private investors in 2006, and Raven Russia. Mr. Nalven is a Board member of TTDC Bio and received his MBA from Cornell University–Johnson Graduate School of Management and BA degree from St. Lawrence University.

Don Smith

Donald Smith is a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Edgewood Holdings LLC. Mr. Smith graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1971. Mr. Smith served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps after graduation from George Washington University’s National Law Center. Since completing his active duty military service, Mr. Smith has served a broad and diverse group of corporate clients. Mr. Smith joined Edgewood as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2005. Mr. Smith is barred in Florida and New York.
